Grogan & Company provides formal written appraisals for a variety of needs from estate tax and planning purposes to family division. Most appraisals can be conducted within two weeks of an inquiry. Grogan & Company’s appraisals are compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and are accepted by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
