  • Notes: While there are scores of sumakh bagfaces and khorjins featuring the pattern of diagonal stripes this is the only example to date with a chevron configuration of diagonal stripes. A similar design on a bedding bag panel was offered by Aaron Nejad at the Hali Fair 2000, subsequently at Sotheby London 27 June 2005, #37.
