  • Provenance: Este Gallery, New York (accompanied by a bill of sale dated 19 April 1960); the Collection of a New York Lady; by descent to her son, a Boston Gentleman.
  • Condition: taped to mat verso around edges; some chipping to edges of sheet; paper uniformly toned, though not quite as brown as it appears in these images (the pencil is true graphite color, not brownish as it appears here).
