For the following twenty years, he exhibited oil paintings of "Sultanas", "Salomes" and "Scheherazade", with a hispano-moresque Spanish or North African decor. These paintings of alluring women, dressed in colorful dresses, in dark mysterious interiors were highly appreciated by American Collectors
