  • Notes: In 1980, Dimitri Hadzi was commissioned to create a large-scale sculpture fountain for Toledo, Ohio based packaging company Owens-Illinois. The monumental granite work stands at the entrance to the company's headquarters, and is titled Propylaea ('gateway' in Greek), emphasizing its symbolic role as an entry portal. This 17 in. tall bronze version of Propylaea is a maquette for the large-scale sculpture..
