  • Notes: Rosamond and Elizabeth Eliot were granddaughters of Charles W. Eliot (1834-1926), the maternal uncle of the artist, and the 21st President of Harvard University .This work likely depicts Rosamond and Elizabeth at the Eliot family compound on Mount Desert Island, Maine.
