    This work is from Prevalence of Ritual, Bearden's 1974 series of five screenprints re-imagining stories from the Bible and Greek mythology. The other works in the series are titled In the Garden, Salome (John the Baptist), Delilah, and Prologue to Troy.
  • Condition: This work is not framed. Colors strong. Lower edge slightly warped with corresponding staining in lower margin. Small crease (not extending into image) at top left corner.
