the rim decorated with alternating red and pink cartouches and the body with elaborate all-over gilt and floral ground with a central interior panel with tree, pagoda, and mountains; bearing iron red calligraphy marks on base and labels reading "Kutani" and "Bizan"; diameter 8 5/8 in., height: 3 1/2 in.
