Other Notes: A postcard from Fidelia Bridges to the original owner, Lt. Robert Buffum, accompanies this lot. The stretcher bar is inscribed Buffum. Lt. Robert Buffum, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was a 1863 recipient of the Medal of Honor.
